In this post I´m going to show you the main exercises for your muscles of your legs, hams, harmstrings, calves,...I´ll put some images to every exercise but if you want to know more, just copy the name of the exercise and past it to the “search“ on youtube. You need to realize, that training your legs is one of the MOST IMPORTANT workouts that you can do. A lot of people hate training their legs and some of them just skip the leg days. But try to train your legs at least ONCE a week and your results will come quickly. Remember - For better results change your exercises about every month.
